Is It Time?

Signs you might need a new roof.

If any of these sound familiar, it's worth a free inspection. Most are easier (and cheaper) to address before they turn into a leak in your living room.

  • Missing or curling shingles

Shingles that are buckling, lifting at the edges, or just gone after a storm.

  • Granules in the gutters

Sandy black bits collecting in your gutters mean shingles are wearing down. (We can check the gutters too.)

  • Leaks or water stains in the attic

Brown rings on the ceiling, damp insulation, or daylight through the roof deck — all signs water is getting in somewhere.

  • Sagging or uneven rooflines

A roofline that dips or waves usually points to deck rot or structural issues underneath. Don't ignore this one.

  • Roof is over 20 years old

Most asphalt roofs in Cincinnati last 20–25 years. If you're in that window, plan ahead — don't wait for the leak.

  • Storm or hail damage

If a big storm just rolled through, get a free inspection. Damage isn't always obvious from the ground, and timely claims get approved more easily.

FAQ

Common roofing questions.

How much does a new roof cost?

Every roof is different — square footage, pitch, layers to tear off, shingle choice, ventilation, and decking condition all factor in. Call for a free inspection and we'll give you a written estimate with no surprises.

How long does a roof replacement take?

Most single-family homes are a 1–2 day job. Larger or steeper roofs can take a bit longer. We'll give you an exact timeline after the inspection and stick to it.

Do you handle insurance claims?

Yes. We document the damage with photos, meet your adjuster on-site, and help make sure the scope of work matches what's actually needed. We don't get paid more if your claim is bigger — we just want it done right.

What types of shingles do you install?

Architectural asphalt shingles are the most common around here — durable, great-looking, and good value. We also install impact-resistant shingles (often discounted on insurance), and we can talk through metal roofing if you're interested.

Do you offer free inspections?

Yes — every inspection is free, with no pressure to sign anything. You'll get photos and a clear written report whether you hire us or not.

What areas of Cincinnati do you serve?

The full Greater Cincinnati tri-state — Cincinnati, Mason, West Chester, Loveland, Milford, Hyde Park, Anderson Township, Florence and Covington in Northern Kentucky, Lawrenceburg in Indiana, and most points in between. Not sure? Just call.

How do I know if I have storm damage?

Often you can't tell from the ground. Hail can leave small bruises in shingles that lead to leaks years later. If a big storm just rolled through your area, the safest move is a free inspection — we'll tell you straight whether it's worth filing a claim.
